DEVELOPMENT
We understand that each customer’s product needs are different and they can’t easily be classified as Missy, Junior or Contemporary. Our design team continuously travels, shops and partners with trend services to identify and interpret key trends.
DESIGN
When you work with Carole, you will be assigned a lead designer who will work in conjunction with your sales executive to create cohesive, balanced assortments that deliver seasonal trends, key items and historically best selling items in a curated assortment specific to your customers’ needs.
SALES
We will partner with you in whatever capacity necessary from identifying trends or white space within your existing assortment to creating trend direction to cultivate a balanced and profitable assortment that transitions to the next season. We will work with you in conjunction with our design team from concept, sketch, design, and even packaging solutions to help you maximize your space to sales through unique packaging solutions.
PRODUCTION
We hold ourselves to the highest ethical business standards and expect the same from our suppliers. We ensure all goods are ethically sourced and produced in one of our dedicated 15+ factories throughout different regions of China, India, Vietnam and Korea. We have longstanding relationships with our key factories that span decades, allowing us to have exceptionally quick turnaround times for delivery. All of our goods are Prop 65 compliant and have validating test reports. Our factories can all comply or hold passing C –TPAT and Social Compliance audits that meet the strictest retail requirements.
LOGISTICS
The vast majority of our merchandise is distributed from our warehouse located in downtown Los Angeles. We have easy access to the Port of Long Beach and we’re located near all major consolidators. We have 20,000+ sq ft of available warehouse space for our state of the art shipping and receiving department and enable us to handle large distributions, replenishment programs and drop ship programs. We have the capability to ship FOB through our office located in Qingdao, China.
